It can come back…..In our old house we had regular visits from a squirrel that came to our window sill always around lunchtime and we had lunch together. Also, one season, we had a couple of ducks living in our back yard. You know that ducks pair for life, never separate. One day, these two “neighbours” had disappeared. It was sad because we got so used to see them every day. A few days later, they were back. We felt so happy to have them back. We knew it was them, as they were two females, a gay duck couple. This doesn’t occur frequently, as most ducks pair as heteros.
