Laura woke up super-excited. Our first ‘weekend warriors’ arrive today at 9am to lend a hand. It is not just the help they bring, but a chance to catch up with friends and loved ones. We’re both starved of social contact. The Gerson diet is so relentless (15 hours a day, 7 days a week on our current schedule) and there’s no time off for fun and adventures so seeing people this way is Laura’s only treat.
