Our first Norwalk juice took 1 hour to make. Got it down to 35 minutes today.  Dance round the kitchen to celebrate.  Then we realize that still translates to 7 hours 35 minutes a day juicing when we are on the full Gerson diet (13 juices a day x 35 mins) for the next two years…
