How to Mend a Broken Heart?

Glastonbury in Somerset is supposed to sit over the heart chakra of the world. What better place to mend my sad and heavy heart. In 12 days time, after dropping off my parents at Stansted airport (they are headed to Scotland for a wedding), I’m going to borrow their car and drive south to visit  several mystical English spots such as Glastonbury and Avebury (site of a Neolithic stone henge). I’m intrigued by energy vortices and these two places are said to have tremendous healing energy, which spirals up out of the earth.  We’ll see…

  4. Hi Lucie, resuming the topic “near-death experience”: I watched SuperSoul Sunday on TV and today’s guest was Dr. Eben Alexander, a neuroscientist, who was in a coma. He wrote a book: “My Proof of Heaven”. He described “the other side” from his own out of body experience, and it was similar to my experience but more explicit. Like myself, he experienced himself in this tunnel, the foggy underground; he calls the “earthworm view”, muggy, unclear. Dr. Alexander, however, got a glimpse beyond that. I only “knew” that there was a bright, loving beauty beyond, but Dr. Alexander was “there” before he had to return to this side. He clearly saw the beauty and heard melodies of peace and bliss beyond word. His experience underscores what Deepak Chopra teaches, that there IS a higher consciousness, the divine, we will become one with on the other side. I hope, Lucie, that, especially in the energy fields of the places you visit these days, that you have a special experience to connect with Laura in the dimension of higher consciousness.
