Dance Break

two old dears

What a riot.  I just tried a Zumba class and couldn’t stop laughing.  Laura would have loved it. On one of our first dates we danced non stop for 3 hours and ran through Laura’s entire iTunes library. In today’s Zumba class, I felt like Naomi Watts in While We’re Young trying to look cool in hip hop class. At one point the Zumba teacher said (looking in my direction): ‘If you don’t like the moves, you can always make up your own.’  Probably she’d noticed that I’d been clowning around in the back row and as the class leapt to the left, I lunged to the right. Another big problem is I don’t have much in the T&A dept and all those Latin moves and grooves require a ‘whole lotta shakin’ goin’ on..’

  1. Dancing is good for the soul and the spirit. It’s sure to bring a smile and break a sweat. Happy dancers meet other happy dancers.
