Upside down coffee

Laura is really enjoying her bathroom time with her coffee enemas (‘upside down coffee’ in Gerson-ese).  She reads, chats on the phone and relaxes. Doing five enemas a day takes about 5 hours. Many Gerson patients take up hobbies while doing them – knitting, meditating.. and one patient read her way through math, philosophy, all the literary classics and won a scholarship, all while recovering from a brain tumor.

I am unfamiliar with that frequency of treatment, but I did employ this type of liver cleansing. Mine included ingesting a lemon, garlic, olive oil, parsley concoction. Coupled with supplements, a strict diet, and the removal of all mercury fillings from my teeth, I made myself a very healthy man.
