Tigger
Tigger from ‘Winnie the Pooh’

The fitness prescription for all Gerson cancer patients is rest, rest, rest…and a little trampolining. No kidding. So we’ve just ordered a mini trampoline so Laura can bounce around the living room like Tigger. The idea is a little gentle rebounding (sort of walking in place on the trampoline) helps stimulate the lymph system to drain away toxins. So we’re throwing out the coffee table and eagerly await the acme of trampolines, the Needak folding rebounder, price $342.50

Hi there! Trampoline jumping sound like great fun. My girlfriend, a massage therapist, said it strengthens bone density. Enjoy your bouncing!
