The Circle of Kindness

What a difference a day makes. Four little acts of kindness helped nudge me out of my funk yesterday. First my mum phoned and said ‘Just come home dear, we’ll look after you!’  I can’t tell you how sweet and heartening it is to have parents who still want to look after you even when you are in your 50s and they are in their 80s. My mother also pointed out it might not be a bad idea to take a probiotic to fight off the infection. Then lovely Julia called. She is a new friend who I met  at the Open Center and who is very familiar with bereavement.  In the middle of her crazy work day, she took time out to listen and suggested I go and lay heart down on the grass and let the earth’s energy soothe me. So I took myself to the park. First I lay on my back on the grass and as I relaxed a beautiful golden leaf the size of my palm landed in my left hand.  Then I flipped over and my body gave out an audible sigh.  The earth’s energy seemed to soak up my pain and nourish my heart and soul.  I remember doing this last year, when I was a terrible mess. I just lay face down on the grass and slept for 2-3 hours until I felt restored.  Then dear Mary Lou, who also suggested a healing trip to the park, arrived with a giant oven mitt so I won’t burn my right hand any more.  I should probably put it on when I get dressed in the morning.  And finally my friend Loredana called from her hiking vacation with some tips about the Hicks protocol and how to manifest a better day. I started this morning… so far it is working beautifully.

    1. Check out the video clips on youtube, under ‘abraham hicks’ -especially anything in 2015. There is also a wonderful book ‘ask and it is given’ although I just use the videos online (they are more up to date). The teachings of this entity ‘abraham’ match perfectly what I learnt in the life between life regression I did. Let me know what you think. x
