Laura has a very rare mucosal melanoma of the cervix. The Gerson Clinic has only seen one other case in all its years.  But according to a top doctor we saw at Memorial Sloan Kettering these mucosal melanomas are becoming more common.

What is the cause?

In 2012, an Italian court ruled that a man’s brain tumor was caused by his cell phone. As a texting junkie, Laura sits for hours with her phone in her lap, right over where her tumors developed.
