Blue cheese burger with bacon, sauteed mushrooms and onions, the whole roast pig at the local taco stand, razor clams, scallops and lobster. Laura has been dreaming of meat the past few days.  For once, the only thing she is not craving is sugar. ‘I’ve no interest in it at all,’ she says.
