Melatonin

Laura is so buzzed from all the caffeine in the coffee enemas, she is finding it hard to fall asleep. The prescribed valerian tablets had no effect. Now Laura is on 6mg of Melatonin at bedtime. It not only helps with sleep, melatonin is supposed to help fight cancer and boost your immune system too.

  1. Hey Lucie and Laura- Colette and I were just talking about your blog, and about how we both worry when there is no post from you. I know you both weren’t feeling well the past couple of days – all that clean eating and cleaning out could certainly freak a body out! Just thinking of you two and hope you are resting and feeling better.
